WORKING COMMITTEESThe FCIA Special Interest Sections exist to enhance peer communication and growth. Currently two Special Interest Sections exist: Chocolate Maker Special Interest Section and Chocolatier Special Interest Section. These sections are opportunities for FCIA members in the same business to work together on specific issues and educational programs.
