Introducing FCIA Regional Meet-Ups.

FCIA asked how we can better serve our members and you told us - provide opportunities to network with colleagues in the fine chocolate community throughout the year. And, make them closer to where you live and work so you can focus on regional issues.

FCIA is proud to present our first series of Regional Meet-Ups. As of this date, we're planning on gatherings in Georgia, New England, New Mexico, Minnesota, Oklahoma, New York, Southern California, Seattle, Texas AND Brazil! We expect more as the word gets around.

Meet the Hosts of the FCIA's Regional Meet-Up - SouthWest,
our good friends at The Art of Chocolate / Cacao Santa Fe,
Melanie Boudar and Derek Lanter

Melanie and Derek will host this first ever FCIA Regional Meet-Up - SouthWest in conjunction with the Southwest Chocolate & Coffee Festival in Albuquerque.

Who is invited?

This meet-up is focused on the South Western States, but we invite all FCIA Members and Friends from all over along with attendees of the Southwest Chocolate & Coffee Festival, who are chocolate makers, chocolateirs, pastry chefs, bakers, writers, bloggers, educators and other professionals who support the fine chocolate industry.

What's on the agenda?

  • Presentation By Melanie Boudar & Derek Lanter: Consumer Perception of Fine Chocolate and How to Make That Work for Us
  • Tasting: Bring samples of your chocolate for feedback from your colleagues.
  • YOUR ISSUES & CONCERNS:  Tell FCIA what you want to talk about at future meet-ups
  • Free raffle for FCIA promo items.
