Join FCIA members and industry experts for a demonstration and discussion of different tempering techniques. Thalia Hohenthal, Manager, Technical Services for Guittard will kick things off with an overview and then Kerry Beal of EZtemper and Brian Donaghy of Tomric demonstrate different tempering methods and discuss the benefits of each type. This will be an interactive session so bring your questions.
